Is there a list somewhere of the deepest excavations for office and residential towers in Toronto? The Shangri-La excavation is claimed to be the second-deepest building excavation in Canadian history at 31m (102 feet), with Scotia Plaza the deepest at 33.5m (110 feet). Seven levels down for King Blue might be around 25m, which is deep but not quite as deep.

This has been a rather dull project since the property was sold by Mirvish and the new design was delivered from by the new developer - which is the same as now.

The King Blue sales suite has now reopened under Greenland management.

I hope their windows are going to be glazed in a dark blue color like 5 st Joseph's windows are. It will really make the building stand out in the entertainment district. That would really emphasize for what the name stands for king blue!
