Hamilton Juravinski Hospital Redevelopment | ?m | ?s | Hamilton Health Sciences | HDR

Do go on, can’t leave us hanging like that!
Oops sorry my bad, I am actually thinking of the abandoned century manor for the insane asylum - THAT one they say is definitely haunted. Apparently the childrens mental hospital by mohawk was haunted too. The Tuberculosis wing at Chedoke... pretty much anywhere where they did terrible things to people against their will will most likely be. The reason for the mixup is because it is located at Juravinski Dr.

There's no CURRENT evidence I know of that the 1917 hospital wing at juravinsky is haunted... yet.. lol.. Century manor had some Auschwitz-level stuff that went down there.. at least as far as experimentations on people went. Torture, experimentations, electro-shock therapy lobotomies etc and OTHER stuff. Lots of murders and suicides too. Criminally insane people like serial killers murderers and rapists were housed there too.

‘Totally turmoil’: The Juravinski Hospital needs a massive renovation to end hallway medicine. The $1 billion price tag comes with a big ask.

Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) plans to add 100 beds and 70 per cent more space for care as part of a massive renovation to the oldest parts of the hospital, including an area built in 1932. Four wings on the escarpment side — E, H, L and M — will be knocked down and replaced. A fifth wing — F, which includes the breast assessment centre — will be renovated.
