How does a project like this not get approved? I liked the 12s plans. Don't we want nice midrise buildings located close to transit?

…which Planning says is still too tall and is recommending that Council send reps to oppose it at LPAT at that height.

Not yet, but there will be 1,2,and three bedrooms from the $400s and a 2 storey house collection and laneway housing.
