Got an email today from Sotheby's (which is marketing them) saying that
the floorplans will be going on the littleitalylofthouses.com site tomorrow.
Where'd you get those floorplans from Casaguy?

I got the same email, but for some reason they gave me the floor plans.

The one posted above seemed to be the stardard sort of layout.

It is 1900+ square feet. Not sure if that one is $750,000, but if it is I'd say it's a steal in that neighbourhood.

Here is the site. The first shot is a panorama looking south on Shaw. (The stop sign ahead of the cyclist is College Street).

I'd be surprised if they didn't sell them all. This street and the neighbouring streets make up a wonderful neighbourhood. Most folks living there seem to take pride in their homes and yards. Quiet streets with lush canopies of mature trees. A short walk to almost anything you'd need.
