The balcony choice is really awful for this. Something non-translucent, or a much darker green to better hide the spandrel mess that is covering the tower would have worked so much better.
 
Monarch has the half closer to Ocean Club, and Conservatory Group has the other half closer to Jade
 
That's out-of-date now regarding number of floors and construction status, but yes, Monarch and the Conservatory Group have the two remaining unmarketed parcels of land. I'll bring it up-to-date when I have time!

Totally agree. Both the glass and the railing design doesn't show off the wavy balcony shapes well -- seems like an effort wasted.
A slab edge mounted railing with a frosted or densely fritted glass, or even a more reflective glass, would make a world of improvement.
The minty green spandrel panels are an unfortunate dominating feature of the building.
