Not as offensive as some of the new towers in the area (looking at you, Pemberton), and I really don’t mind the slab – they can make better apartment layouts. But the grey, cheap materials are disappointing if not unsurprising for another lower-end investorbox.

even the coloured solid panels on the tower are so muted it’s almost pointless. It’s looking like dusty rose.
