Bloor Promenade is the most easterly of the three towers, and closest to the new, landscaped "Grand Staircase" that will lead down to Islington Avenue.

Update from Tridel: http://www.tridel.com/blog/crane-now-erected-at-islington-terrace/

April 2017 Construction Update

The tower crane has now been erected at Islington Terrace. The forming contractor is on site working on the footings and the foundation, while services and waterproofing are being worked on for the underground slab.

The Design Consultant team is getting ready for the start of Design & Decor appointments. Appointments are anticipated to start in June with the lower floors and working upwards.

Up to now, impossible to get shot of the site since it 100% horded up and excavation was taking in the centre which I haven't seen before for the first tower. With the 2nd tower on the go, hording has been removed to the west to get shots now.
More up on site

Not sure what was being off loaded, but heavy meat beams on that trailer. Could be the steel plates only.

heights are apparently 144, 123, and 112m. They are for top of roof however, there is an extra few metres for each tower to the architectural top.

New front page story is up here.

The database file has been updated with heights and with a new floor count for phase three, Bloor Promenade. They've received approval to increase the height to 132 metres on that one, apparently to the roof of the 44th floor: mechanical penthouse and parapet will add more height than that.

Our contact at Tridel is searching for the exact height for us, but for the moment, that one is being estimated at 453 feet, or just over 138 metres.

For the first two towers, including mech penthouse parapet heights, we have them as 476 and 373 feet, or 145.1 and 113.7 metres.

If there are any changes to the height, we'll do something with semaphore flags, or maybe an updated post.

Thanks, please tag me when Tower 3 gets an updated height. This has been fixed up in The 100m List, it was a bit of a scrouge to figure out and I had two entries for Bloorvista.

It seems the mechanical penthouse of Bloor Promenade only add 2.9 metres to its total height, so it will be 134.9 metres/443 feet tall.
