The "failure" and delays on Housing Now sites are because the City delays ALL construction (for years) -- but they have only experienced than "pain" for themselves recently with these developments.

Indeed Islington was that station, before the Kipling Hub was constructed and all MiWay buses moved out over to that terminal.
