The land has been sitting empty for a while now does anyone know of any updates? I've seen a few groups of people that gave off civil engineer/architect vibes filtering in and out of the land sporadically and have also heard a possible delay could be due to failing a water level survey??

Curious as well. Don't see much activity at the sales office either...
 
The precon sales market has been rough the past ~18 months or so. Remington will likely continue to hold off on launching this for at least the medium term until there's a positive shift in the market sentiment.
 
Yeah, the other phases took longer than normal to sell even in the optimal market, so they will likely hold off for a while.
