Do we really want the clear glass balconies seen in Salsa's photo facing Nathan Phillips Square as per Pink Stardust's photo? I'd rather have frosted/fritted glass hiding whatever people store on their balconies.
With a building as boring as INDX, resident's stuff might actually add some much needed visual interest. Condo owners nowadays are a pretty conservative bunch anyway, I find most balcony clutter is kept to a "minimalist" level. Now if this was an older rental in a crappier neighbourhood, I'd be worried.
Seriously though, on these bland window-wall towers I usually look forward to the pop of contrast provided by the balconies, yet here we don't even get that. The hulking Sheraton podium is more engaging from NPS than this building.
