The rectangular pit with all that re-bar looks like it is probably the elevator pad for the South tower. You can see the placement for those elevators in the top left corner of this plan from the Hullmark website. The smaller square pit with the re-bar will most likely be for the Tower crane, yet to be installed.

^ 4 levels I think.

The construction ramp in the northeast corner is pretty much gone. Looks like only a little bit left to excavate then I assume the southeast ramp will be removed. Looks like a third crane will be put up soon in the northwest quadrant. They have recently dug out the base

too bad for the west facing residents in Spring...
bye bye view... hello office tower/condo...

well, the view isn't amazing to begin with, facing the former plaza below, with numerous empty parking spaces on either side of Yonge-street.... Yonge/Sheppard definitely isn't the prettiest intersection in NYCC, i think it might just be more lively when Hullmark is built...

Hopefully though the two buildings will cut down the noise from the Yonge and Sheppard intersection. I find that there is a lot of motorcycle and firetruck noise. The view is 'OK', not really that great to begin with.
