Wow Marlin Spring is that really you? Are we sure Hines didnt put some kind of clause in the terms of sale which forbid Marlin Spring from using their typical trash materials?

All jokes aside for a moment, this actually looks quite decent. Now if only they put this same amount of effort into their other developments, we would finally look at them in a positive light instead of bashing them all the time.
 
Even crazier is that this is G&C! Should help settle the debate about whether a given architect is inherently bad. Yes, some are generally or often worse, but most, if not all, can produce a good design (presumably, when funded appropriately).
