I was involved in the lease and met the owners through that... also they just got their license and had their official opening night on Saturday so should start popping up on the internet soon.

Sounds good. Another interesting retail presence on this stretch is always welcomed, especially as a stopgap before the condo is ready to proceed.

‘Dupont West is the new Ossington!’ BlogTO headline next week. 😝 In all seriousness there are a lot of entertainment venues popping up north of Bloor all the way to Eglinton in the West End.

Agenda

The City of Toronto Planning Division has received an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application which proposes a ten storey mixed use building. The proposal includes 413 square metres of ground floor retail and 183 dwelling units.

Added a couple of floors. Would be nice to see this commence soon, since it seems that Gairloch's project in the west end of the Junction, Craft, has bizarrely stalled for some unknown reason...

Added the corner and a lot on Osler and a couple floors. This is a similar sized project to Junction Point now. Versus the 26 units they started with

Comments: If one goes back and looks at my previous comments.......I think the kids would say "I feel heard" LOL

The cantilever is reduced, the projecting/inset balconies on the lower levels are gone.

Street trees added to Osler.

Really, my only ask that isn't here is trees on the Dupont frontage. That's unfortunate, but good changes here.
