- Residential Building remains at 8-Storeys and the 4-storey apartment building has become into 3 x 4-Storey urban townhouses
-Units has been reduced from 257 to 192 units for 8-Storey and 53 to 36 for 4-Storey urban townhouses.
-Going to Planning committee on April 16, 2024

Seriously why, its roughly a 1km from the LRT terminus, and less than 800m from the Nash Rd stop??? It should be more units with less parking!

edit: to be fair the site plan is not great. Should be much less surface parking and less open sod areas, but that's probably not why they are blocking it.

Hope Losani puts up boarding all around it and makes it look as ugly as possible. See if the neighborhood prefers that over what they've rejected.
