Late to the show as I just uploaded my photos of Oct 24 that shows how much was put up in a short time.
Doesn't take that long to put up precast structures if they are simple design with this one being one of them

Still can't gain access to the area to get any good shots, but only a few more months until it is service. Roof trim being installed.

Well, now that the parking garage is done, and those parking cars will have a lovely view of the green valley the garage is positioned above, they're about to get going on the new patient care tower, that will have a view of the surface parking lots surrounding Sherway Gardens, and the hydro corridor with its high tension wires:

I saw on Friday that the garage was open and the north lot had been fenced off with a bunch of yellow vests wandering around. An excavator was lurking in the background. Busy weekend so I forgot to post.

Is everything under the leadership of the premier in all the PR releases these days? I remember seeing similar language in the OL release as well - it's a tad hagiographic.
