Interesting. Not so much lately, but I've passed by here a bunch in the past and have always thought this site was ripe for development.

It was only a matter of time when something of this scale was doing to be announced. That area has been low-hanging fruit for quite some time now and the advent of the Ontario Line is the key impetus.

For me it's a positive that conceptually they plan on keeping those chimneys from the neighboring property among future redevelopment.
