Yikes!!! That's quite a disappointment. At least if you don't pay attention to detail, the warehousing looks pretty nice in the sense of what the site looked like before. I gotta give them credit for using precast, although that crown just clashes and miskews the design, along with the shorter podium area and shorter tower.
 
Today. I'd also like to include a few pictures of Davenport Village, which I think is turning out quite well with the pedestrian alleys all around. Also, the latest phase of townhomes along Lansdowne (Heritage Towns in Davenport Village) impressed me. Their architecture recalls that of the Foundry Lofts just to the north.

I agree that the towns on Landsdowne look good. Once the Balzac Coffee building is finished I will be even more impressed.
