Call me demented… but I can’t remember (
/j) a more exciting time on this forum ... ever... for both skyscraper/skyline geeks and architecture aficionados with FORMA rising, One Bloor West topping out
(personally ain’t missing the extra height at all… it looks very tall and elegant), a clutch of Danish gems u/c and recently completed on the waterfront, West Don Lands, King West and elsewhere, the first Lower Don Lands summer magic around the river documented so beautifully by our talented lensers, transit construction projects galore (also impeccably documented here)… and, as a life-long Toronto skyline addict (still go to the meetings)… I even think the Concord sky-monolith may turn out to be a decent meal for skyline geeks at least, particularly the all curtain-wall
west elevation (no balconies).
There’s so much stuff that is putting a real dent in the last decade’s avalanche of cut and paste crap condos… I must say I for one am having a ball here.
