Excited to see this lot go, even with the unfortunate loss of the NOW building. This corner is going to feel so much better in a few years. Now just if Metropolitian United can get rid of their lot instead of expanding it like they are trying to do now.

Quite a handsome looking project from the renderings, and nice to see a residential highrise without balconies. Hopefully it will be real stone used on the base. It should stand out in an area dominated by some very nondescript looking apartment blocks to the east.

Very right; I like what we see of the new detail of the podium, and those really are some good looking (dare I say Mies-esque?) fins rising above it.

The non-strictly rectilinear built form also makes for some interesting floorplans.
