i notice there are no balconies or terraces at all on this building... that's a shame... Even Juliette balconies allow for better airflow into the units.

Also they have a shuttle elevator for parking.. it's a major PITA. Having to take 2 elevators to get to your car / bike / storage locker would not be fun.

In Vancouver there is the assumption that every building goes up for sale in China before it does in Vancouver. In Vancouver the locals only get the scrapes of what the Chinese haven't already bought. Few buildings go up without Mandarin being not being on the for-sale signs.
