I suppose there's advantages and disadvantages to not having them. So yes, better view...but it would suck if you wanted to barbeque something.

That's what the common areas/spaces are for.
Even if there were balconies, BBQing could be prohibited.

I'm in a building without balconies, but we have a very nice rooftop with a common-use gas barbecue. My partner's shoebox condo had a recessed balcony, but it was dark, small, and only used by pooping pigeons.

That's fine, unless you don't want to share. At this point though, I'm not sure those areas will be open for anyone sharing anything at this rate. /sigh

...for the record though, I think balconies are a little overrated, IMO.

Today. More cladding above the final residential floor. Also, the red paint on the mech penthouse is almost completely covered with white paint /cladding (which will likely be further clad in gray/black).
