Wow, between Nicholas and Five that's already having a huge impact on the streetscape. I hadn't realized how prominent the two towers would be from that perspective

Yonge could have a very cool vibe with more of these taller buildings set back from the street behind the heritage low-rise stock. Maybe they'll put some godamn trees on it one of these decades.

That will probably happen when they reduce it to 2 lanes, whenever that is.

They should do that pilot again, where they closed downtown Yonge during the summer and allowed it to be basically an outdoor pedestrian mall.
