This tower is a class act. The materials are fine and the details are subtle, unique and sophisticated. To see curtain wall that looks like it belongs on a high-end office tower is inspiring. Overall, it's neither dour nor overly exuberant. It's like a fine suit. The heritage preservation work is also superb and makes the city a better place.
 
I swear it looks bigger than this from Yonge Dundas Square when you're there…
