I'm really in support of developments who try to mandate the kind of window coverings on their buildings and even provide such coverings.
Almost all condos have a rule of some kind of white window coverings but you will see a mess of various window coverings such as cheap plastic vertical blinds, cinched curtains, venetian blinds, and tasteful solar roller shades which should be the norm, and everything else in between.
I am hoping these red illuminated curtains facing King Street should set a positive precident in buildings creating a specific pleasing look and aesthetic.

There are some condo developments that have rules restricting window coverings to white solar roller shades but still residents put up really bad looking window coverings of all types that breaks the rules and make the building look really bad on the outside. I don't know if people who live there, or on the board, really care about this.

What's with all the open square cuts in the roof of the heritage building. Are they putting in skylights? Curious because I don't see any in the renders.
