Yeah, I'd really like to see that s/w corner get developed sooner rather than later. It's a huge eyesore in an otherwise developing intersection/area.

Could it go any higher than it currently is though? The building directly to the south has windows all along its northern facade. The corner lot seems like it would be too small to allow proper spacing between it and Fabrik and the building to the south.

Ah ok. I had been thinking about what they could do with the SW corner of Spadina and Richmond for a while, so I jumped the gun a bit.

Or south west where where yoga tree and loving hut are?

Both I'm sure will probably be further developed eventually but those businesses are all thriving and run by wtf who don't seem in a big rush to build stuff.
