Someone earlier suggested this is geothermal (all of the black flexible piping). Any more info on this? Doesn't make sense to me seeing as there's still a huge amount of excavation to take place in this area. Really curious about this.

That building will show up on many "Greetings from Mississauga" postcards.
It would be great if there were such postcards instead of only using Toronto postcards for those in Mississauga.

The red roof is reminiscent of E Condos. Wonder if there will be a swimming pool there as well? (I haven't checked the plans)

Right so hopefully this is a bit higher end as Mississauga and this area especially has no shortage of affordable or standard restaurants.
