I actually quite like it and if you are having a multi floor lobby I suppose one wants it to be seen from the street. I am withholding judgement until all is done but 'so far, so good' in my opinion.

It's going to be interesting to see on completion how the base and tower marry up, but from what I can see of the tower, I trust them...

I was trusting them… and then the wacky maze-like extruded window frames were added. They'd be fine on their own, but they have zero relationship with the chamfer on the corner and the canted walls, which are the major design move here. If there's going to be more than one architectural flourish (I'm fine with there being a couple of them) then they need to suit each other. In this case, it looks like one of the associates at the firm was given one part of the design and another was given another part, and the two decided to sabotage each other.

I'm cancelling my approval of an extra 10 floors. 23 is all they get!
