That’s great but if they wanted a walkable biking neighbourhood with shops then this is the last place they would look. Perhaps Dundas and Hurontario could become more transit, bike and walk friendly. This is far enough away from there that it’s not realistic to be expected to be here.

Walkable neighbourhoods aren’t some optional feature for a select few discerning buyers. Every neighbourhood in a city should be developed to be walkable for individuals and society’s collective wellbeing. Every development, including this project, is a piece to the puzzle of walkability.
