I think this is the area being included in the development. I'm not sure about 19, since it's not fenced off in Google Streetview like the other properties, but judging by the site plan I don't see how it's not included. But replacing three or four houses with 26 units isn't a bad deal.
Looking at this, the idea is broadly fine, clearly this entire street segment is being densified..........not a bad thing.
The proposal could look a bit less banal............but its not terrible.
But I feel strongly that a closed off interior reeks of a gated community to me.
I would like to see a public E-W street across this area. There is a logical spot at the south side of this proposal, except that the townhouses there were laid in a way to block that driveway/road going through to the next block.
I would also like any pedestrian-only corridor to be clearly public and provide at least one connection between blocks (be it E-W or N-S)
