it's hard to tell here but the way the panels alternate make some balconies appear a bit smaller which is a bit of a bummer but 🤷‍♀️

The hidden variable is how much progress is done on the interiors and at what pace they've moving inside. The exterior facade parts should be done within the calendar year at these rates.

If interiors move quickly, maybe around February March 2022 could be achievable for some of the lower floor units. While on the pessimistic side at latest (where precon occupancy often tends to be), maybe June 2022 for most of the building overall.

That’s my gut too. We probably have next spring or summer in the house.
