I really like the curved brick sections and cornice. The quality of the spandrel is above average. The red brick townhomes look great too.

Lukewarm on the random white precast chunks interspersed among the red brick.

But regardless it will all look much better in May once theres greenery/planters etc .

It's a big step up for the area.

And it will have retail, which I'm praying will include a COZY CAFE in an area that sorely lacks it.

It's a garbled, jumbled, confused, confounded, mess. It costs more to do it this utterly incompletely too.
