This isn't specific to these condos, but I really wish this area was better planned/more urban/pedestrian friendly. I have no idea who in their right mind thought it'd be a good idea to place the condos further back and leave empty space for small commercial buildings, which have so far turned out to be essentially slightly higher density suburban plazas with car parking in front. At least the new condos are better than Palace Pier in terms of pedestrian realm, but that's a pretty low standard :/
