I'm pretty unimpressed with this one; asides from the V-shaped columns in the podium there's really nothing that makes these towers stand out. The only thing they're doing a good job at is blending in with the rest of the bland and dull Humber Bay skyline.
The reason why I think some of these buildings look cheap is because they're all developed the same quick economical way. More glass than solid wall ratio and see through balconies that stick out. Creating an image like a deck of cards being stacked on top of each other syndrome!
Something has to stand out on a building either the facade or the balconies ! The Harbour Plaza Residence condo creates a good example with their solid white balconies etc that stand out from a distance like this one could too.
These towers will have distinctive tops with their sloped roofs. Once the balcony railings start to go in, the horizontal lines will accentuate the distinctively terraced podium. Wait until the project is done to judge it.

To be honest, unless the balcony glass is going to look like anything from the ones at Massey Condos, Harbour Plaza or 1 Bloor East (which wont be the case) I think we already know what this thing is going to end up turning out like. I feel like this just serves as the cherry on the top of what Humber Bay has become.
