Wow! Five levels underground. Will the first floor underground be reserved for shopping like the path with stores ? Or will all five floors be used just for private parking? Its looks big enough to handle public parking too!

Hopefully, this project can save the area from the many poorly executed designs we've seen so far. Humber Bay Shores has far too many buildings with sterile and uninspired podium designs, mediocre cladding, and facades that only look good from the south and not the north from the Gardiner Expressway.
 
I'd love to know how much material was excavated here, and where it went.
