This is an approved project in the eastern end of downtown Kitchener. It is located at 20 Ottawa St N. The current plan has a 4 floor and a 6 floor midrise as well as a 26 floor tower with a 5 floor podium. The podium of the tower runs the length of the property Along Ottawa St with the midrises towards the back of the site. The development is approved with 15 3bdrm units, 59 2brdm units, 112 1bdrm + den units, and 290 1bdrm units. The site has 315 vehicle parking spaces. In the first iteration of the design there was 259 bicycle spaces provided, in the newest design there is still space designed for bikes however the exact number is not specified.
