Dymon Storage Dundas West: a proposed 6-storey self-storage, retail & office building developed by Dymon Storage (operating as 2507 Dundas Storage GP Corporation) on the north side of Dundas Street West, east of Old Bronte Road in Oakville's Palermo neighbourhood.

Horrible. And horrible the way land use planners have destroyed this community. Sure, bypass the community north - south via Brontë Rd or Hwy 25 as it was known, but drive 6 to 8 lanes East West through the Palermo, let the older homes with history be left to rot, and then approve this.? What a waste? And a sad commentary on Oakville leadership who seemed to have caved to the Doug Ford ,Developers come First, crowd. They had a chance to do something special in this corner of Halton and have frittered it away while the engineers and landscape designers practice colour by numbers. Horrible.

And that one little driveway straight onto Dundas? I don't think anyone actually went to look at the site before the designs were made. It would be nearly impossible to even turn right out of there for a large portion of the day, and it doesn't even have access to the eastbound side (because it can't)
