You could partially answer your own question by looking at Kotsy's more wide angle shot above. Count, for example, the storeys of the two buildings on the right of the shot.

If you are merely saying that that the Grid and Dundas Square Gardens are markedly taller than the surrounding structures, you are probably right.

There's a bunch of precast up on this now. It looked good when I walked by, but it's just some banding around one slab edge for now
