The Barrie Behemoth. Born there, but I now live in Barcelona. It's nice to see the city getting some height, although I am sure it's going to stand out a lot. It will take a long time for the rest of the city to catch up.

Well I’m really curious to see when they’ll start on that second tower. Because with just one crane it took them nearly a year to build this one.

So something I have learned living in a small town is usually when you get your first taller buildings they tend to take longer as the logistics to the town are a lot harder companies don't have store yards close by everything has to be transported up from the city

all depends on the economy situations, builders have to make sure if they decide to built there are enough purchasers to come forward + market is well + how is banks rate to get mortgage . so if risk is not appears builders are more active.
