Shoring work has begun on the northern part of the site (condo towers)

On a related note, the "new Guvernment" is now complete. Sound Academy has finished it's $15M renovations and opened to the public Saturday night under it's new name "The Rebel Complex". Check out photos from the first night below. The visuals are out of this world!

I am working on the photos I shot on the 10 and needs some update info on this site.

130 QQE is supposed to be 11 & 14s office building.

177 Lake Shore Blvd is suppose to the 48s Lighthouse Tower Condominium Residences on top of a 5s podium by Giannone Petricone Associates with a 36s by ?. Shouldn't this be 53s or has this been reduce in size?? Any idea who doing the 36s tower and is it above the podium as well??

Both towers are designed by Giannone Petricone, and will rise from a shared podium. The Lighthouse Tower (on the west side of the side) will be actually now be 45 storeys, and the neighbouring "Lighthouse Tower East" will be 36 storeys.
