I look at it every day from the south and it certainly LOOKS unfinished but I fear they just gave up. What a HUGE disappointing mess from a developer who has done much better elsewhere - e.g. Regent Park. SAD!

From a few nights ago. It looks better in person. I think I still would've preferred having it covered, but it looks better than the towers.

I'm sorry but this development is mess. It not only looks bland and cheap but it's also ruined the skyline from my favourite vantage point (Polson Pier).
