I shot this site on sunday and there was only a little of the west wall standing. Photos will be posted later in the week.

The Site Plan Approval is still in progress. Will this need to be approved before construction can begin? Going by similar buildings this approval takes close to two years.
Every project is different. I would imagine that since the site has been cleared they are preparing to get going… but the the City hasn't even filled in the dot for Notice of Approval Conditions yet, which might be an oversight, but approval may also still be months away, and therefore same for a construction start. Sorry for being so

Excavation equipment is now on site. Looks like something may be starting up soon.

Email blast from the sales team came today with an invitation for a start of construction celebration on June 17th.
