Makes me wonder if this option (constructing a new tower and converting the old to residential) was ever considered by the Four Seasons, instead of the option they went for to completely relocate.
They're closer to the height of that L-shaped building on the corner of Bloor / Avenue. Anyone knows if that's an office building or an office/ rentals or office/condos combo?Today; from the northeast, you can see they're not actually as close to the old FS as it looks like when you're standing beside it.
