Man, it was such a mistake to allow Concord to buy all this property in one area.

Was it beyond Concord to add an architectural flourish here or there ? I really wanted to like this pile, amends sort of for all the dreck they've left the city, but just want to turn the other way now. A missed opportunity for the cityscape from a developer who has no interest it seems.

Ya, I understand not every building needed to be by some big name architect, but like can we at least TRY a little for a few buildings? Especially your signature ones. And now we're stuck with these buildings for a lifetime.
