Yes, the prices for Quartz & Spectra was high for Cityplace, but the features and finishes are the nicest Concord has ever offered and comparible to other higher end condos. I would never buy there due to the inventory and it hasn't been appreciating as well as other developments, though I much prefer it over Liberty Village.
high end features and finishes drives more costs placed onto per square footage... which becomes expensive to own a unit there that people barely can own units there.
liberty village - more trendier, and more atmospheric place unlike cityplace - no character at all, just skyboomed of skyscrapers and views are pleasant looking above.
you are right, i prefer liberty village over city place.
