Wow, for some reason I always assumed the golf course was far older than that; I didn't realize it was a tie-in to CityPlace.

Looking at it from the air makes me wonder why they didn't push the development to the south side of the land and build a linear park connected to Fort York. Seems like a missed opportunity.
