I guess we expect too much lol. Are the landscape drawings available? I have a hard time understanding how that comes to life in its current state. I guess they would just bulldoze all the trees and plant new ones?

I also don't understand where the pathways at the bottom are going to go. Are they going to be dead ends...? Go under the highway and link up with MIP?
