Methinks I spy a white rezoning sign on the carpark across Mill Street from the construction site. Anyone know what it says?

If i'm not mistaken that white rezoning sign has been there for awhile now. I believe they're proposing a condo development on that location as well. I forgot the exact height but I think it's going to be around 30 to 40 story.
Please correct me if I'm wrong folks.

first time posting pics hope this works,

pics are from yesterday of:

-dismantling of the crane
-brick work around the podium
-landscaping on the south side of the podium
-and other shots

sorry for the poor quality pics were taken from my data phone.

Ya, I can't wait til it has glass on it. Should look really cool!
Which building is this one anyway? Pure or Clear?
And when is construction going to start for the next one?

Wow, the prow really looks good in the second to last shot!

I hate to say it, but renderings show the tip of the prow will be brick. Boo! I wanted glass too!

I think we should split this thread into two - one for each phase of this project. It may cut down on the confusion. Vote here please!

The whole thing is. I'm really impressed with the way that this project is turning out with the sole exclusion of the ground-level parking garage. If the other two proposed towers turn out anything like this we'll be in for a treat.

Well one thing that's for sure is that the bow of the ship represents a massively inefficient design from an energy perspective. That thing is going to lose heat like crazy in the winter, become a furnace in the summer, and waste tons of energy for additional HVAC in the process. Matters will only be worse if it is clad in glass.

Great building and fun to take pictures of. I noticed a lot of people in the district actually looking up at it and snapping pictures as well. New owners maybe? Also this building really hems in the square and makes it feel more intimate. It's really is starting to remind me of Boston's old market area.

And I got these shots of the inside of the building that will make way for the new condo. Sorry kinda blurry but I was alone and scared! It did feel like I was being watched. I'll try again another weekend when I have a flashlight.
