One crane is sure not to build two buildings, which makes me confused of how many towers are really going up here at the moment..
Gooderham will be finished one year after Clear Spirit.

My guess is that the billboards will stay and that the billboard tax will disappear - courtesy of new mayor and friends.

These new towers are quite polished overall, with a major effort have been made to tie them into the Distillery District. The big mechanical boxes on each one of them are unfortunate, though.

Views from the 32nd floor at Pure Spirit. A leisurely walk through the Distillery found us at an open house. Stunning views!
We were already planning an update on Clear Spirit. The shot from Pure Spirit is a bonus.
From the 32nd floor of Pure Spirit. The tower floors angle out.
From within the Distillery.
From afar this looked like mechanical elements being stored. In fact this is the entrance to the parking garage. This is the south side of the site directly next to the rail embankment.
The columns on the east side of the project are angled.
This shot from Cherry Street also shows the columns not standing straight.
