With steel complete on the east side, I must say I am confused. I attach two photos, one showing no 13th floor and the top showing 50th floor toped out (count 4 floors above 46th). 50-1 equals 49. I know I asked this before but is this a true 50 storey tower? Maybe the west side rises higher?View attachment 613885View attachment 613886
Yes, there is one more floor under the higher west half of the top.

Really? Maybe this site plan document is outdated.

Sorry, it's what they are calling 51 in that table that's the half floor on the west side, and why we're not counting 51.

Essentially, it has come down to this: for whatever reason they are using different numbers on the construction hoist than they are on the table. The table includes 13, the construction hoist doesn't. That does not mean that the building really has 49 storeys. It means that we can assume by construction hoist floor numbers that the last full floor will be 51, even if the real count will be 50.

I still do not get it. I may be missing something but the construction hoist clearly shows that the last full floor will be 50. But 13 is missing, so doesn't that mean the last full floor of offices is 49?
