I love how this development acts as a gateway to Union Station from the east. The density that has been built up around Union in the last 20 years is crazy. Kind of gives me a PanAm/Grand Central NYC vibe.

Late December or Early January. I hope they get the landscaping done by early summer. This area has been a mess for 4 years now, will be nice to have a well landscaped walk to Union, not to mention an indoor connection.

Does anyone know if the north tower will be connected underground to the TTC/Union station? Wondering if I will be able to get off the GO Bus at the new terminal and walk down stairs to a tunnel vs the long way over the bridge.

Yes, you'll be able to walk through the climate controlled "Teamway" on the east side of Bay Street (at Bay Street level, so not all the way underground) from the bus terminal to the north tower. To get to the west side of Bay though, you'll need to cross one of the bridges.
